Timesheets records will only be created for a Resource when they have Planned or Actual Hours for the period. To help you manage timesheet compliance Precursive can automatically create blank Timesheets for each Resource even if they do not have any planned hours. This helps you to accurately report on overdue timesheets for all Resource even if they have not got any planned or actual time submitted for the week.

How to enable Check Overdue Timesheets

The process for Precursive to automatically enforce that all Resource have timesheets is called "Check Overdue Timesheets". 

• From Precursive HQ, find the Check Overdue Timesheets tile
• If the Schedule button is active this means the process is not active. Select Schedule to active the weekly process.
• If you want to run this for the current week then you can choose Run Now.

The "Check Overdue Timesheets" process will run weekly on a Sunday to ensure each Resource has a Timesheet for the past week.
