You can archive Precursive Tasks to hide them from a Board but they would still appear in the system for reporting and searching. This is a Task's Status that can be changed at any time, Let's see how!

How to Unarchive a Precursive Task

You can unarchive a Task from the Boards' Record Page. You can access a Board's Record Page by searching for a specific Board on the 'Precursive Boards' Tab or from the Precursive OBX Tab by clicking the icon next to the Board's name on the Right-hand Pane.

Once on the Record Page of your Board, navigate to the 'Related' Tab and scroll down to find the section called 'Tasks.

From there:

  1. Find the Task that you want to unarchive
  2. Hover over the drop-down arrow next to its namerelated tab 2.png
  3. Click 'Edit' and then tick the 'Archive' checkbox in the 'Status' sectionrelated board 3.png
