InformationTitleCustomizing My PrecursiveURL NameCustomizing-My-PrecursiveBodyAbout My Precursive is the central page for your employees and can be customized to your own business needs. Out of the box, it includes the following components: Timesheet Approvals ExpensesHoliday Requests The Approvals and Holidays components are visible only to certain users. The Approvals component visibility requires having the Precursive Approvals permission set assigned. To see the Holidays component, resources need to have the Use Holiday Allowance setting enabled - this can be found directly on the Resource object. Additionally, if the Holiday Request process isn't enabled, resources will only their Holidays Allowance, without the option to submit a Holiday Request. Customize your My Precursive page To customize the My Precursive page to your company needs you will need to create a new page by editing the existing one. To do so: Click on the gear icon at the top of the page and select Edit Page - this will clone your existing page and provide a new API (Developer Name) for the one that you will be editing - you can check that in the right-side pane of the Lightning App Builder On your left-hand side, you will find the list of Salesforce and custom components that you can apply to this page You can customize the My Precursive layout by moving the components around using drag and drop 💡 As you finish customizing your My Precursive, we recommend choosing a distinct name to make it easier differentiate from the out of the box My Precursive for your profiles/permission sets (if you do not, users will see multiple My Precursive pages). To relabel the page, edit the Label field in the right Page menu. After removing the access to the standard My Precursive, you can change its name back to My Precursive.Copy the API (Developer Name) from the right side pane as this will be needed in order to set this page as your default. To save your changes, just click Save at the top of the page. Now, navigate to Precursive Global Settings, can be found in the Precursive HQ tab > Precursive Configuration > Precursive Settings or in Setup > Custom Settings > Precursive Global Settings (may differ according to Version).Update the My Precursive Tab Name with the API (Developer Name) of the new page. To exchange the tab access from the old one to the new one, in the Setup > Profiles, look for the Profiles which uses Precursive and hide the tab visibility of My Precursive and set to Default On the visibility of the new tab (when it's relabeled, you should be able to see which one is which). Then you can return to the App Builder to relabel the tab back.
