What's new: Precursive MCP Server - Connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant, such as Claude or Copilot, directly to your Precursive data. A curated catalog of tools lets the assistant read and act on Projects, Resources, Bookings, Tasks and Timesheets, always running as the connected user and staying within that user's existing permissions. Learn more about Precursive MCP.Precursive Guardrails on Every Route - Each action runs under the user's own permissions, and the checks that used to apply only in the user interface now apply on every route, including the API, Flows, Data Loader and AI assistants. Precursive updates its packaged permission sets automatically. Learn more in the Extended Release Notes. Required after upgrading: users on Precursive's packaged permission sets need no action - Precursive adds the required field access automatically on upgrade. If you use custom or cloned permission sets, grant the additional field access to the sets that perform each affected operation before or shortly after you upgrade. See the Extended Release Notes for the exact field table. Want more detail?
